What's the difference between Sales Partner and Dedicated Rep?

On Sales Partner, our sales rep handles your venue alongside a small portfolio of others. On Dedicated Rep, one person is exclusively assigned to your venue — deeper relationships, faster response, and a rep who knows every detail of your space inside and out.

Who actually conducts the venue tours?

You do — and that's intentional. Our sales team builds the relationship, prepares the couple, schedules the tour, and follows up after. But the physical walkthrough of your space is yours to own. It's your venue's best asset and the moment couples fall in love with it.

How does the commission work?

Commission applies only to bookings our sales team closes on your behalf — from inquiry through signed contract. If a couple books directly without going through our process, no commission applies. We only earn on what we close.

Is there a minimum contract length?

We require a 6-month minimum. SEO and lead generation take 60–90 days to gain traction, and sales pipelines need time to mature. Six months ensures you see real, compounding results before making a long-term decision.

Can I start on Foundation and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Many venues start on Foundation to build their digital infrastructure and lead flow, then upgrade to Sales Partner once inquiries are coming in and they want our team closing them. The transition is seamless — same pipeline, same team.

Who controls the advertising accounts?

You own your ad accounts. Ad spend runs under your name with full visibility into every dollar. We manage the campaigns — Google Search, Meta, directory listings — but there are zero markups on spend. Ever.
